The following is a basic guideline to our standard shipping timetable:

• Orders placed on any business day, after 2:00 pm Central Time, will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Delivery time varies on what state you are in. We ship from Gardendale Alabama 35071 BUT IT SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 10 WORKING DAYS, International shipment may take longer.
All orders require a correct and complete shipping address. In the event that packages are returned to us due to insufficient address, you will be contacted for clarification of the shipping address and the order will be subject to additional shipping charges if applicable.

When filling out your address information, please be as complete as possible. If you need help to determine if you have a good deliverable address please go to www.usps.com DO NOT use abbreviations. Please also do not use dashes or spaces if your address does not require them. Our shipping system verifies addresses through the United States Postal Service. If you have any concerns about your address please send us an e-mail or give us a call as soon as you can so that we can make sure that it is corrected by the time the package is ready to be shipped.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship via USPS and UPS orders usually go out within 24 hours. Orders made on the weekends, ship out on Monday in most cases. Some times we get lots of orders daily, but rest assured it will take us no more than 3 business days to ship.
